Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Janooma Labs Private Limited, we strive to provide the best service to our partners and users. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a pro-rata refund if cancelled within 30 days of the initial purchase, minus any leads or services already consumed.

2.3 Alpha Partner Free Period: During the 3-month free period, there are no charges, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

3. Pay-Per-Lead Services

3.1 Lead Charges: Charges for individual leads are final once the lead is delivered to your account.

3.2 Invalid Leads: If you receive an invalid or duplicate lead, you may request a refund or credit within 48 hours of receipt. We will review each request and provide a credit or refund at our discretion.

3.3 Quality Disputes: Lead quality disputes must be submitted within 48 hours with supporting evidence. Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

4. Boost Listings and Premium Features

4.1 Boost Packages: Boost listing fees are non-refundable once the boosting period has commenced.

4.2 Unused Boosts: If you purchase a boost package but have not yet activated it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

5. Cancellation Process

5.1 How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Logging into your account and navigating to subscription settings

5.2 Cancellation Timing: Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next period.

5.3 Account Access: After cancellation, you will retain access to your account until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 Timeframe: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

6.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6.3 Processing Fees: Payment gateway processing fees (typically 2-3% of transaction value) are non-refundable.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

7.1 Service Downtime: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 continuous hours), pro-rata credits or refunds may be issued.

7.2 Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent you from using the service, we may issue credits or refunds at our discretion.

7.3 Policy Violations: No refunds will be issued if your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions.

8. Founding Rate Protection

8.1 Alpha Partners: Alpha partners who maintain continuous active subscriptions will retain their founding rate pricing. Cancellation and re-subscription will result in current market pricing.

8.2 Rate Lock Exceptions: Rate locks may be adjusted in cases of policy violations or abuse of platform terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, please contact us at madan@janooma.com. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
